Site Management
Dedicated On-Site Support for AOAO Communities
We provide full-time and part-time on-site managers to ensure smooth daily operations and act as the key liaison between residents, boards, property managers, and vendors.
☑ Full-Time: 8-hour shift, 5 days a week
☑ Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week
☑ Interim Coverage: Temporary services available when your resident manager is on vacation, TDI or the building is in between managers.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
Serving as the main point of contact for residents & vendors
Overseeing contractors and daily operations
Enforcing house rules and governing documents
Identifying maintenance & repair needs
Managing procurement, contracts, and project administration
Responding to emergencies and water leaks
Submitting reports, time sheets, and incident logs
Attending monthly Board meetings
